Born in Tennessee, Sue now resides in Collegeville, Pennsylvania & Ocean City, New Jersey with her husband Frank. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren all of which love her pasta! Who doesn’t love pasta? It is a comfort food that brings families together.

Sue Fazio has been making pasta for over 30 years for her friends and family. She learned first from her Mother In Law. When Sue was about 18 years old ,she would copy exact measurements while her Mother In Law was cooking. She even counted the times her Mother In Law shook the saltshaker! As the years went by, her love of Italian cooking grew. She learned how to make other Italian dishes and desserts. She won not one but two 1st prize cooking awards, one in Ohio, at a local  restaurant and one in Pa. at the Rosenbergers 75th Anniversary cooking contest.

In the past year, Sue has been the guest pasta chef for the Sindia restaurant in Ocean City where she makes fresh pasta for everyone to see each Monday night. Methacton &, Spring-Ford School districts in Pennsylvania hired her to teach pasta making for the adult evening classes. The Lower Providence Library invited her to teach classes for both the adults and the children. She has done girlfriend & special birthday parties.
